How to read the Excel Billing Report

Commerce Plus offers the ability to receive a spreadsheet included with your invoice so you can reconcile the charges. The excel spreadsheet has three sheets;

• Exportnet
• Importnet
• Smart Imports

Exportnet

• Each line will represent one charge for either the EDN, PRA or the EDN and PRA combination

• Reference column is your personal reference you gave the EDN or the "ERA" number allocated for the PRA

• Message type is either;

  • Consignment for EDNs
  • Consolidation for CRNs
  • PRA for PRAs

• CAN column is either the CAN number from Customs or the container

  

Importnet

• Each line will represent one charge for either the Manifest, Underbond or Cargolist

• Reference column is your personal reference you gave the document

• Message type is either;

  • Manifest
  • Underbond
  • Cargolist

  

SmartImports

• Smartimports is charged per Bundle with a Bundle being defined as a batch of containers (EIDOs) released at one time. This can be anything from 1 to 999 Electronic Delivery Orders. For each line that has a sequence ID of "1" there is a charge for one bundle.
• The below example would have been charged three bundles in the month
  • Bundle one with one EIDO
  • Bundle two with two EIDOs
  • Bundle three with four EIDOs

• The issuer is the Shipping Line that released the container to you.
